We do have hurdles in life. Mapa-work man yan, sa relasyon, or sa finances natin. Narinig ko din ito sa isang kaibigan, yung imposter syndrome. Wherein people might doubt your abilities lalo kung ginalingan mo yung isang mahalaga at malaking desisyon sa buhay mo.
Paano mo ma-overcome kung mapapaharap ka sa mga ganitong sitwasyon? Una, acceptance tayo ulit. Don't mask your feelings. Pangalawa, gumawa ka ng plano kung paano mo gagawin yung pagbabago. Pangatlo, matuto na sa naging experience mo at mag-focus ka sa pag-build up mo sa sarili mo, pat yourself! Pang-apat, yung mahalaga at hindi dapat ikinahihiya, seek help. Pang-lima, syempre huwag susuko, agan-anuska kadagiti aniaman nga pakarigatan ti biag.
