Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of all office areas including restrooms, pantry, workstations, and common spaces
• Clean office furniture and equipment such as desks, windows, computers, and chairs
• Ensure proper daily waste disposal and restock cleaning supplies as needed
• Prepare coffee, water, and help with basic pantry duties
• Assist with office errands and support during company meetings or events
• Sanitize pantry, dining area, and comfort rooms regularly
• Organize and properly store cleaning tools and materials
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• With experience in general cleaning or office maintenance/ workplace care
• Responsible, organized, and pays attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Courteous and respectful towards coworkers and guests
• Willing to assist with errands, events, and light office tasks
• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City

We're Hiring: Industrial Designer
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Industrial Designer to join our team. The role focuses on preparing accurate cutting files for CNC operations and large-format printing, ensuring precision and efficiency in the production process.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Convert design concepts into production-ready cutting files (2D/3D)
🔹 Prepare layouts for CNC routing, laser cutting, and digital printing
🔹 Ensure correct file setup including dimensions, tolerances, bleeds, and material guides
🔹 Coordinate with the design and fabrication teams for project alignment
🔹 Make adjustments to files as needed during prototyping and fabrication
Qualifications:
✔️ Graduate of BS in Graphic Technology, Drafting Technology, Industrial Design, or related/equivalent courses
✔️ Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
✔️ Experience in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp)
✔️ Familiarity with file formats for CNC (.dxf, .dwg, etc.) and printing (.ai, .pdf, .eps)
✔️ Basic understanding of materials like MDF, acrylic, Sintra, vinyl, etc.
✔️ Attention to detail and experience handling layout work or nesting files for cutting
OJT experience or background in creating cutting files for production is a plus but not required.
