Bagong gabay sa pagbubuwis ng mga tax-exempt vehicles

Sa ilalim ng Revenue Regulations No. 27-2025, ang mga tax-exempt na sasakyan na ibinebenta, nililipat, o ipinagpapalit sa mga hindi tax-exempt na tao o kumpanya ay papatawan ng tamang buwis.

Ang mga batayan ng buwis ay ang aktwal na presyo ng bentahan, o halaga ng sasakyan batay sa depreciation (hanggang 80% ng orihinal na presyo), kung alin man ang mas mataas.

Layunin ng regulasyong ito na itaguyod ang fair taxation at maiwasan ang pag-iwas sa buwis sa ilalim ng tax exemption.
