Just to give you an update about our shipment, it has been in the manila warehouse of the cargo company since December 14. Before this, the shipment was stuck with Customs for 1 week (it arrived in Manila port on December 7). We have been contacting them to follow up, and the latest update is that as of December 19, it was just unloaded from the container and being on-loaded to the trucks for delivery.
We apologize for the delay, as we all know it is Christmas season, hence the rush, in addition to the COVID-19 logistical issues cargo companies are facing. We understand that we all want our packages by Christmas, but these circumstances are beyond our control. We apologize for the inconvenience it has caused, and rest assured we will be shipping your order/s as soon and as fast as we can once we received the shipment.
