The ex-BPI manager has always felt that her calling was to be a financial advisor and believes North Beacon will give her more control over her time—and more family time. "I enjoy dealing with various personalities with varied backgrounds in life and learning from them," said the extroverted finance manager. "In this business, my mind's constantly challenged to create effective proposals, and at the same time, in North Beacon, I keep discovering new things about insurance and investments."

Monique adds: "The people in North Beacon are very professional. Several financial advisors from different companies invited me to join their team. But I decided to reach out to North Beacon. I was inspired by how professional and successful our Unit Manager is." She aims to be a rookie superstar awardee a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifier—two goals she's certain of attaining considering her outstanding sales performance in less than two months at the agency. At North Beacon, the financial services professional intends to enjoy working anytime, anywhere, diversify her income streams to be financially independent, travel abroad for free and save money for her daughter's future.

Rez Ong has been North Beacon's number one financial advisor since the agency started. Her current role as a Financial Advisor in North Beacon is a continuation of her previous jobs in providing business solutions in the areas of human resources (HR) and risk management operations—"although on a different, wider level, and unlimited in scope," says the finance professional with more than twenty-five years of experience under her belt with several companies in various sectors (food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, accounting, fisheries and sugar milling).

"With North Beacon, I feel I'm not just achieving my personal financial goals. I am fulfilled when my clients give great feedback about my services rendered to them, their families and friends," says Rez. "This advisory business isn't easy. It's challenging but very fulfilling.
