Listening to Kaye Abad share her cancer journey somehow brought me back to what I went through last year.

The last time I stayed in a hospital was 16 years ago when I gave birth to Yelena. So being admitted again because of a health concern brought a different kind of fear. The anxiety, the endless what ifs, the silent prayers, and overthinking every possible scenario because suddenly something feels uncertain.
