1. Biglaang pagbubuhat ng sobrang bigat 🏋️

Kapag biglang nagbuhat ng mabigat:
• tumataas nang mabilis ang blood pressure
• puwedeng ma-stress ang mga ugat sa utak.



2. Sobrang pag-ire sa pagdumi 🚽

Ang matinding pag-ire ay puwedeng magdulot ng sudden pressure sa blood vessels.

Ito ay mas nangyayari kapag:
• matigas ang dumi
• may chronic constipation.



3. Biglaang pagbangon mula sa pagkakahiga 🛌

Kapag biglang bumangon:
• maaaring magbago ang blood pressure
• puwedeng mahilo o maapektuhan ang daloy ng dugo sa utak.



4. Sobrang paggalit o matinding emosyon 😡

Ang matinding galit o stress ay puwedeng:
• magpataas ng blood pressure
• maglagay ng matinding strain sa blood vessels.



5. Biglaang matinding pag-eehersisyo nang walang warm-up 🏃

Kapag hindi sanay ang katawan at biglang nag heavy exercise, puwedeng tumaas ang pressure sa ugat.



6. Sobrang pag-inom ng alak sa isang pagkakataon 🍺

Ang labis na alkohol ay puwedeng:
• magpataas ng blood pressure
• makapinsala sa blood vessels.



7. Paninigarilyo lalo na kapag sunod-sunod 🚬

Ang sigarilyo ay:
• nagpapakipot sa ugat
• nagpapahina sa lining ng blood vessels.



8. Biglaang pagtaas ng blood pressure dahil sa sobrang alat na pagkain 🧂

Ang sobrang sodium ay puwedeng magdulot ng spike sa blood pressure, lalo na sa mga sensitibo dito.
