Managing Partner
Ms. Gutierrez was formerly the Internal Auditor of Westinghouse Electric S.A. in the Philippines. She
spent her 10 years with Westinghouse with extensive experiences through seminars here and abroad,
the latest of which was in Taipei, Taiwan. A graduate with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce from St. Bridget’s College, Ms. Gutierrez
started her public practice 16 years ago when she registered herself as a general professional
practitioner, with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 1, 1994. She is an active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), of the
Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP), and a Rotary member of The
Rotary Club of Tomas Morato, District 3780, Rotary International. Melecia A. Bibal
Technical Partner
A certified public accountant and currently AVP-Accounting of Electrobus Consolidated, Inc., Ms. Bibal
has extensive training in the field of accounting and auditing, having attended numerous seminars. Most of her training and seminars were conducted by the University of the Philippines, University of Asia
and the Pacific, not to mention the monthly seminars sponsored by the Tax Affairs Foundation of the
Philippines and the Philippine Apostolate of the Laity. She was a consistent honor student from elementary up to the tertiary level having graduated
valedictorian and salutatorian in elementary and high school, respectively. While in college, Ms. Bibal
was a Rotary International college scholar. Some of her specializations are external audit, internal audit, financial statements analysis and
