When my client invested to a 10-year property, one thought immediately crossed my mind:

“How do we make sure this dream doesn’t become a burden to her family?”

He still has ₱20M to pay over the next 10 years.
So I made sure she also has ₱20M protection—through MRI (Mortgage Redemption Insurance).

Not because required by seller, But because I care what happens to my client!

If he had no MRI and life suddenly happens—
the bank will still collect.
