What began as a corporate health and retirement funding presentation transformed into an extraordinary reunion with my high school friend, Mike Mondidu, whom I hadn’t seen in 28 years. Mike, an enigmatic leader, now serves as the President of Achikhava Engineering Consultancy (AEC), a distinguished multi-discipline engineering firm renowned for constructing significant structures and skyscrapers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Notably, AEC has expanded its operations to the Philippines, initiating offshoring projects to leverage local expertise.
