•Last LOB/Account handled should be voice
• If high school graduate, at least 2 years solid BPO experience in 1 company
• If K12 graduate or college level, at least 1 year of solid BPO experience in 1 company
• Must be flexible in shifting schedule and rest days
• Must be flexible in task assignments based on business needs and client requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably with own PC

• LAN Connection (using ethernet Cable)
