* BOOKEEPER

Job Responsibilities:
* Check and Audit Expense Reports/ Liquidation submitted by the employee.
* Petty Cash reporting and replenishment.
* Prepare journal / payment / sales / collection entries and post them into QB.
* Prepare supplier's payment. Do three way match,PO, Invoice , D.R
* Customer Invoicing
* Account analysis and reconciliation.
* Prepare bi-monthly payroll
* BIR filing 0619E, 1601C, 2550Q, 1702Q, Vendor Alphalist includes filing of hard copies.
Make sure that they easily accessible.
* SSS, PAG-IBIG and PHIL HEALTH monthly reporting
* Filing of payment voucher, Journal entries and other Financial transactions.
* Received and file 2307 (customer and supplier)
* Prepare Monthly Sales, Collection and Disbursement reporting.

Skills Required:
- Knowledge in QB, Microsoft Word and excel.
- Knowledgeable in local taxes reporting/filing and EFPS.
- Good in communication both oral and writing.
- Attentive to details and proven experience in Basic Book keeping.
- Keeps and Files financial documents

We are looking for a General Accountant.

Job Description

- Ensure completeness of accounting records, files and other documentations.
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Computation, filing and payment of monthly, quarterly and annual taxes
- Process renewal and payment of permits and licenses
- Manage payables and receivables, collection/issuance of official receipts and withholding tax certificate.
- Prepare documentation and process business closure.
- Prepare audit reports, bank reconciliation and review all funds for replenishments.
- Prepare Payroll

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (preferably CPA license holder)
- With 3-5 years experienced in general accounting, taxation and other government related compliance/processes.
- Strong analytical and problem – solving skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Muntinlupa
- With experience in processing of documents in BIR Muntinlupa
