2. Walang Tiyaga mahilig sa mabilis na resulta kaya kapag matagal ayawan na.

3. Procrastination pwede naman next day na naging next week na naging next month. Ka bubukas natapos na taon Hindi parin nakapag simula.

4. Inaasa sa kapalaran sa sign ex. Mag diet na ako kapag pumayat a ung kapitbahay namin. mag iipon na ako kapag naging puti na Ang uwak.

5. Walang tamang motivation at pag handa. Ang isang bagay na Hindi pinag planuhan ay kailanman Hindi ma iisakatuparan. ( Except sa mga biglaan team Building )

6. Katamaran gusto Ng pag babago pero marami saten tamad para gawin Ang unang hakbang.

7. Walang Mentor or coach. Sa pag gawa Ng isang bagay na bago saten o mahirap mas maganda na meron mag gagabay at tutularan naten. Pansin nyo ung mga successful na tao lage Nila sinasabi na find a mentor.

Hi 2023 it's the start of a new beginning but before I completely close my 2022 season, I would like to share a few of the things I learned this year.

1. Happiness is not Happiness if it's at the expense of others true Happiness is when you are at peace with yourself and with the people around you.

2. Love is an unconditional commitment to an imperfect human being. It's not a strong emotion fed by lust and attraction but a selfless devotion.

3. Money, Power, Influence and Popularity are the things we seek for validation. But true Validation is the freedom to accept yourself from who you truly are without trying to convince everyone that you are having a great life.

4. Not everyone can see your dream and vision. Make sure you spend a lot of time with people that do. Investing in people that don't have any interest in bettering their lives is a waste of your most precious resource your Time.

5. Be grateful to the people who are trying to help you become better. Cherish and honor them. It's very rare to find genuine people who really want to see you win in life.

6. Always remember not everyone who cheers for you wants you to become better than them. Not everyone is happy with your success and achievements some people are only interested with your failures and mistakes. Choose who to associate with.

7. Stop defending yourself from other people's stories and lies. Just as no secrets are forever truth has its own power it will always prevail.

8. It's never too late for anything don't live a life full of what if's and regrets.

9. Life is unpredictable always find an inspiration to be kind everyday. We can never gauge how kindness can change another person's life.

10. Dont be afraid to be afraid either in love in Life or Business. The brave and the bold is always rewarded. Fear use in the right way helps people find a solution to every problem.

11. Always seek to improve yourself do not rest on your laurel yet. The goal is always better to best.
