Try to avoid debt.

While having debts is not necessarily wrong, rather having liabilities more than what you can pay is what takes us in a bad light. Hence, as much as possible we should avoid debt. Debts, especially unpaid ones, can give us a headache and may lead to anxiety. That is why our credit cards have a credit limit to allow us to spend only what we can handle. Don't go overboard with spending. Again, needs over wants, at all times.
