Educational Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
* Data Management: Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
* File Management: Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents.
* Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
* Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format , reports, other office neccessary doucments and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Suite..
* Office Management: Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment, to ensure everything is in good working order.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company privacy policies and regulations.
* Event Planning: Assist with the planning and ex*****on of company events, from small meetings to larger corporate gatherings.
