Day 1: Ano ba ang Books of Accounts?

"Bakit mahalaga ang Books of Accounts? Para hindi ka ma-penalty sa BIR at para alam mo talaga kung may kita ang negosyo mo!"

Sa mga small business owners, lalo na ‘yung manual pa rin ang record-keeping—importanteng maintindihan kung ano ang tinatawag na Books of Accounts.

💡 Ano ito?
Ito ang mga BIR-registered books kung saan mo isinusulat ang lahat ng benta, gastos, at galaw ng pera sa negosyo mo. Karaniwan itong:

📘 Journal – Dito mo isinusulat araw-araw ang lahat ng transactions (sales, gastos, etc.)

📗 Ledger – Dito mo nililipat per account (hal. sales, rent, supplies) para makita kung magkano total kada isa.

📙 Cash Receipt Book – record ng lahat ng pumapasok na pera
📕 Cash Disbursement Book – record ng lahat ng lumalabas na pera

✅ Required ito ng BIR, kahit maliit pa ang negosyo mo. Kahit sari-sari store o online seller ka—kailangan may record.
