Sharing you this verse as an encouragement. Madalas kasi pag monday ang usual reaction natin ay "𝘈𝘳𝘳𝘨𝘨𝘨𝘩𝘩𝘩 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘯𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘯, 𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘢 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘢 𝘶𝘭𝘪𝘵." I often react this way before, BUT I realised why complain? Having a work and being able to still provide food on the table is a HUGE BLESSING. There will never be another day like this again. The things God has called you to accomplish will be completed. The things God has done through you, showcases His faithfulness. Yesterday will never be the same because what He does tomorrow will be better.

No matter what lies ahead, He goes before us. He blazes the trail ahead and calls us to follow Him.

𝙒𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙜𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮.

Hindi pwedeng puro practical ways lang Kasi magkakaron tayo ng tendency to rely on our own strength. Hindi rin pwedeng we profess we have faith in God about providing for our needs yet mishandle His provision.

Learn to faithfully tithe, save and budget your finances BUT also learn to rely on God by asking “Lord, how do you want me to use these resources you’ve given me for your glory?”

If you have debts to pay, strategically settle them. If Hindi mo alam paano get someone who can plan with you in zeroing them out or in managing them properly. And pray for God’s grace to help you eliminate them.

If you have bills to pay, pay them on time. Ask God for the grace to help you budget your money properly so that it will go where it needs to go.

If you don’t have an emergency fund, build them little by little. Having an emergency fund doesn’t mean we don’t trust God, it simply means we are trusting God as we save so that if emergencies happen, meron tayong mapapagkunan and that becomes a blessing to our loved ones.

If you are earning little or much, keep tithing. Because even the money we earn is God’s and not entirely our own. Tithing means we are putting our trust in God about our finance so we can fully rely on Him on what He wants to accomplish with it.

That gives us the freedom to be thankful and be generous.

Be wise. Know the practical ways to handle God’s resources yet also let God do His miracle.

At the end of the day, in wisdom and faith the goal is to honor Him even with our personal finance.

M͟O͟N͟D͟A͟Y͟ T͟R͟U͟T͟H͟S͟ A͟B͟O͟U͟T͟ W͟O͟R͟K͟ ♡

God wants to work through you and He wants you to lean on Him for direction, wisdom, and strength. It doesn’t matter what type of work you do (provided it is work done for the good of others). Romans 12:4-5 tells us that we are all members of one body, each with a specific function. When we start each day by seeking God and intentionally connect with Him throughout the day, He guides us so we can succeed. When we can reframe our work from God’s perspective and reconnect with God’s purpose for our work, it changes everything.

The primary purpose for our work is to bring God glory (1 Corinthians 10:31) – whether you do chores or run errands, update spreadsheets or create marketing campaigns, lead people or follow orders. And as we bring God glory, our work becomes an expression of love and service to others, no matter what kind of work you do. That’s something to get excited about!

𝕎𝕙𝕠 𝕚𝕤 𝕓𝕖𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕕 "𝔽𝕒𝕚𝕥𝕙𝕗𝕦𝕝 𝕚𝕟 𝕃𝕚𝕥𝕥𝕝𝕖"? ♡

𝟐 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐨, 𝐈'𝐦 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲. I resigned from my finance & accounting job so I can focus on nurturing my baby at that time. But when she's slowly growing up and expenses are piling, I realized my husband and I needed to also change our money habits.

I prayed to God to give me knowledge and wisdom on how we can rise from our financial struggle back then. 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐲, 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐲. 𝐇𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝.

From there, I learned a lot. We corrected our bad money habits. We intentionally and strategically settled our debts, got ourselves insured and started some investments. 𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐄 𝐀𝐋𝐒𝐎 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

G͟r͟a͟t͟i͟t͟u͟d͟e͟ - When we set our minds on being thankful for what we have, we’re less likely to worry, fret, or whine over what we don’t have. Be thankful because probably where you are today is so much better than where you were before.

G͟e͟n͟e͟r͟o͟s͟i͟t͟y͟ - When we have a generous mindset, we’re choosing to be free in our giving. We don’t wait to win the lottery, receive an inheritance, or land a six-figure salaried career. Living with a mindset of generosity means that what we have, we share. Look for ways to be generous with what you have—big or little.

The true abundance mindset is when we acknowledge what we have with a thankful heart and when we bless others unreluctantly in lack or plenty.
