Time to risk off. This is PSEI when Russia and Ukraine war broke out. And war in Iran is going to be far worst than that. Current selloff is just the beginning. Inflation shock > Growth shock > Recession shock.

2025 has been a great year to me. 21k dividends plus
4500 monthly rental income. Hope for more passive income this coming 2026 🤗
Today I decided to share my financial journey and life lessons that help me to attain financial freedom. I am still halfway to the passive income I have in mind but right now I am seeing good results. Just to put that in context, I have now a xx, # # # pesos monthly passive income, while I am still earning hundred thousands pesos from my work salary.
There’s alot of self development and wealth mindset that you can practice like having the discipline to save, tracking your expenses, etc. But on my first post, I would like to start with one of the habits that help me alot.
And this is GAMAN. It is one of the most powerful and life changing Japanese habit for me. It means endurance and self discipline. Delaying gratification.
In today’s digital world where everything is available online, Gaman is the direct contrast of one click buying strategy of various online shopping apps like Shopee, Lazada and the likes. Don’t fall for their traps. What you could do, whenever you have an urge to buy something, just let it pass for 30 days. Almost always if you don’t really need it, you would eventually forget about it. This way, if practiced consistently, it will save you hundreds, even thousands of pesos spent on unnecessary things in a year. Add it up and you’ll save enough money that you can pool as your emergency fund or even use it for your investments.
