The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially extended the deadline for filing your 2025 Annual Financial Statements (AFS) for fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
🗓️ New Deadline: June 15, 2026 (previously May 29, 2026)

This extension aligns with the BIR's Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 30-2026, which moved the 2025 Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) filing deadline to May 15, 2026, including the required attachments.
