Sometimes, a family is forced to ask for help from relatives or even strangers just to gather money for funeral and unexpected expenses when a loved one passes away. ๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ’”

Pero alam mo ba? We can avoid that โ€” if every family is financially prepared for the SAD EVENTS in life. ๐Ÿ’›

S โ€“ Sickness ๐Ÿค’
(Here in the Philippines, medical bills can easily reach โ‚ฑ1M or more)

A โ€“ Accident ๐Ÿšง
(One sudden moment can change everything)

D โ€“ Death โšฐ๏ธ
(Untimely and inevitableโ€ฆ and no one is ever ready for the pain)

Thatโ€™s why while youโ€™re young and still earning, protect yourself and your family. ๐ŸŒž

Get insured and secure your future habang kaya pa. ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

4. Type at details ng benefits โ€“ Mas complete o mas flexible (like multiple-use critical illness o complete hospitalization benefits), mas mataas ang premium.

So, magkano nga ba dapat ang premium mo? May mga bagay na hindi mo kontrolado (like age or work), pero meron ding nasa kamay mo.. gaya ng goals mo, reason mo for getting insured, at budget mo.

In our culture, borrowing money is easy.
Pero โ€˜yung magbayad?
Parang nakakahiya pa minsan ang maningil.

โ€œSmall amount lang naman.โ€
โ€œWala pa ako.โ€
โ€œBaka nakalimutan na niya.โ€

But why is it like that?
Why does it feel harder to collect kaysa magpautang?

Ikaw na nga โ€˜yung nawalan,
ikaw pa โ€˜yung nahihiyang mag-follow up.

Because you donโ€™t want to sound mukhang pera.
But letโ€™s be realโ€ฆ sometimes itโ€™s not about the money.

โ€˜Yung โ‚ฑ500 na โ€˜yon?
Itโ€™s not just cash.
You also lent trust.

And sometimes, youโ€™re not even asking for the payment anymore.
Youโ€™re just hoping for a little respect.
A simple, โ€œUy, sorry ha. Wala pa ako, pero babawi ako.โ€
Or even a message saying when theyโ€™ll pay.

Pero tahimik sila. Seenlord.
And you? You stay quiet.
Kasi ayaw mong masabing masama ka for reminding them.

Thatโ€™s whyโ€ฆ
Letโ€™s make it a habit to pay our debts..
kahit maliit, kahit matagal na, kahit walang naniningil.

If we know how to borrow,
we should know even better how to pay back.

And if ikaw โ€˜yung may utang ngayon,
no judgment.
But maybeโ€ฆ this is your sign.

Pay it.

Letโ€™s normalize paying what we oweโ€ฆ even when no oneโ€™s asking.

Because sometimes, freedom starts with a simple:
โ€œFinallyโ€ฆ paid in full.โ€

โ€œBebentahan lang ako Niyan!โ€

Sounds familiar?

From a financial advisorโ€™s perspective, tuloy pa rin naman ang trabaho namin kahit hindi ka kumuha.

Believe me, mas mabigat makita ang pamilyang naiwan na walang proteksyon kaysa marinig ang salitang โ€œnext time na lang.โ€

๐Ÿ’ญ Future Parents, take note:
Kung seryoso tayo sa pagbuo ng pamilya, dapat seryoso rin tayo sa pera.

Ayaw nating ipamana sa anak natin ang utang o financial stress.

Letโ€™s prepare early โ€” para love at security lang ang mana nila, hindi burden. ๐Ÿ’™

PAANO MAPABABA ANG EXPENSE?

Can you guys help me trim down our expenses? How would you approach it?

Combined income monthly is at 340k, but may times na 300k or more expenses + bills, been living ok naman and sends our kid to private school but I feel like kaya pang bawasan yung expenses so we can save more. Below is actual June Expenses, Bills are fixed at 50k monthly.

Define your needs and wants, then allocate for expenses properly.

This way, you remain on track with your financial goals while still enjoying some form of gratification.

Allocate accordingly!

12/08/2025

Ten years from now, you will wish you started today.

It means saying no to another episode on Netflix,
skipping the weekend hangouts to work on your goals, and choosing the uncomfortable path of growthโ€” even when everyone thinks you're being too serious.

It is waking up earlier to study,
saving money instead of spending on wants,
building skills that no one sees yet
while others are choosing instant gratification.

Yes, starting feels overwhelming.
But procrastination?
Procrastination is watching others launch their businesses while you're still planning.
Procrastination is seeing opportunities pass because you never prepared.
Procrastination is realizing at 40
that you're still living the same life you had at 30.

Starting takes effort today.
Procrastination steals your entire decade.

So choose wisely the discomfort that builds your future. Not the comfort that keeps you stuck.

This is a reminder to all of our future clients na

Give 1-2 hours for a proper financial planning during your vacation here.

Mas magandang may nasimulan habang OFW, para pag-uwi ninyo dito at age 50 or 60โ€“ may naitanim tayo at may magagamit sa retirement.

Working my ass off because the goal is not luxury, just stability.

The kind of stable whereโ€ฆ

- I can afford regular checkups without brushing it off as โ€œsayang sa peraโ€
-I can pay the bills on time
- I can buy medicine the moment itโ€™s needed
- I donโ€™t have to borrow for tuition, school projects or scramble during enrollment season
- I can rest when I need to, without guilt
- I can sleep 8 hours without worrying if next monthโ€™s income is covered
- I can eat spicy pancit canton with medium boiled egg only bec I crave for it ๐Ÿคค
- I can register for 5-7 marathons/fun runs in a year
-I can scroll shopee or tiktok shop, check out a cart or two ( maybe 3 ๐Ÿค”) and not feel broke after

A life where I can afford little joys.

A quiet home.
Food on the table.
Peace in my head.

Donโ€™t let your policies lapse especially during these trying times. It is of utmost importance that we keep our policies IN FORCE. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Do not let your policy LAPSE, because of increasing financial responsibilities. The greater your responsibilities are, the more protection you will need. Thus, you and your loved ones need the protection your policy provides. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Lapsed Policy? All of the benefits of a life insurance policy become null and void if you let the policy lapse by not paying the premium. This can leave your family vulnerable. Luckily, a lapsed life insurance policy can be reinstated, if you act within a certain timeframe. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

This is why itโ€™s so essential to settle the life insurance policy on time. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

A Lapsed Life Insurance Policy is a broken promise to yourself and your loved ones.

If you love someone do not break your promise.
