This means clearer guidelines on:

✅ Where to submit them
✅ When the closure process is officially considered complete

⚠️ Important Reminder:
Stopping business operations does NOT automatically close your business with the BIR.

If your business remains registered, you may still be liable for:
• Filing tax returns
• Paying taxes
• Penalties for non-compliance

• BIR Form 1905
• Unused invoices/receipts and inventory
• BIR permits/notices
• Authorization documents (if filed through a representative)
