Prepared for Failure and Success

May mga kilala akong palaging may payong sa kanilang bag. Kapag matindi ang sikat ng araw, mayroong silang payong na panangga dito. Kapag naman bumuhos ang ulan, mayroon din silang payong na masisilungan. In good and in bad weather, they are prepared. Ganyan din dapat tayo sa ating trabaho at negosyo. Hindi mo alam kung kailan kakatok ang oportunidad,darating ang iyong inaasam-asam na break o kaya ay mangyayari ang isang crisis. Many things are beyond our control. Pero maraming bagay ang pwede mo namang paghandaan. It is good to always be prepared for success and even for failure.

Isang aspiring entrepreneur ang nangarap na magtayo ng sarili niyang restaurant. Masyado siyang naging excited sa kanyang pangarap at plano at gusto niyang matupad ito agad-agad. Pinayuhan siya ng kanyang pamilya at mga kaibigan na maghinay-hinay at magsimula muna ng maliit, upang kung di man magtake-off ang business venture niya ay hindi naman masyadong malaki ang malulugi. 1) Balance your optimism with realism. Totoong mahalaga na mayroon kang mga pangarap para sa buhay mo, trabaho at negosyo. Make big dreams pero dapat ay nakatungtong ka pa rin sa reyalidad at katotohanan. Pag-aralan mo ang naging karanasan ng ibang mga negosyante na nangarap, nabigo, bumangon muli, nagsumikap at nagtagumpay. From their experiences, you will understand that the road to success is not smooth and easy. Maging handa sa mga problema at pagsubok na sasalubong sa iyo sa pag-abot mo sa iyong plano at pangarap.

2) Both success and failure are good teachers. Maging handa ka na ang bawat desisyon at aksyon na iyong gagawin ay palaging mayroong dalawang posibleng resulta. Pwedeng success. Pwede rin namang failure. Ang tagumpay at kabiguan ay parehong pagpapala dahil pareho silang mabuting g**o. Success should teach us to be grateful and humble. Failure should teach us to be hopeful and strong. Ang magandang paghahanda sa magiging resulta ng ating mga gagawin ay ang pagiging bukas na matuto sa ating mararanasan.

3) Be ready to trust God in everything. Ang sabi sa Isaiah 55:8-9, “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord.“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts." (NASB) Ibang-iba ang pamamaraan ng Diyos kaysa sa atin. Kapag hindi Niya ibinigay sa iyo ang tagumpay na inaasahan o minimithi mo, ibig lamang sabihin ay mas magandang plano ang Diyos para sa iyo. Faith is a always a good preparation and response to failure and success. Sa awit nga na "Trust His Heart" ang sabi ay "God is too wise to be mistaken. God is too good to be unkind. When you don't understand, when you don't see His plan, when you can't trace His hand, trust His heart."

Napaghandaan mo ba ang mga tagumpay at pagsubok na dumating sa iyo ngayong linggong ito. Always be prepared either for failure or success dahil anuman ang mangyari may pagpapala at aral tayong mapupulot dito.
