A Unit Head searches and recruit qualified Financial Advisors into his team and oversees the sales team's progress in meeting goals. Unit Head provides strategies for increasing sales, feedback, and developing marketing campaigns.

An entry-level Financial Advisor with less than 1-year experience can expect to earn an average monthly income of Php30,000.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Talking to clients to determine their expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.

-Answering client questions about financial plans and strategies and giving financial advice.

-Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.

-Reviewing client accounts and plans on a regular basis to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes in their plan.

-Analyzing financial data received from clients to develop strategies for meeting clients' financial goals.

-Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports, and income projections for clients.

Basic Qualifications:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in any field.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
-Experienced Employee specialized in Virtual/Online Selling, Accounting, Banking, Marketing, and Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent is an advantage
-Preferably residing or working in Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Rizal
