In less than 24 hours after I submitted the death claim requirements via email, it was approved and on next business day basic death proceeds were then transferred to the bank account of the beneficiaries. Kanina ko pa lang nisubmit ang original copies ng mga requirements and yet, Sun Life already provided the benefits to the bereaved family 💛
