Sec 3. Modes of Filing of Tax Returns.
The filing of tax returns shall be done electronically in any available electronic platforms (eBIRForms or eFPS, whichever is applicable).

Since the AITR will be filed electronically, there is no need to have it stamped “Received”. Instead, the Filing Reference Number (FRN) or the Tax Return Receipt Confirmation shall serve as proof of filing such AITR.

As for its Attachments:

RMC No. 87 - 2024 Q & A No. 4 provides that attachments to electronically filed tax returns shall likewise be submitted electronically, using eAFS or the eSubmission Facility, whichever is applicable. In case of unavailability of said facilities, the attachments can be submitted manually to the BIR district office that has jurisdiction over the taxpayer.

- To all stock and non-stock corporations, including foreign branches, representative offices and regional headquarters;

For companies, which filed their AFS through the BIR e-AFS system, they shall attach the system-generated Transaction Reference Number/Confirmation Receipt issued by the BIR. in lieu of the manual "received" stamp.

Wag mag alala at matakot kayat hindi dapat silang magsarado ng kanilang pwesto dahil maganda ang intentions ng tax mapping na ginagawa ngayon. Ito ay nagsimula na ngayong araw at tatagal hanggang sa friday.
