📣 SEC Streamlines Business Processes Under MC No. 7-2025

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is reinforcing its commitment to ease of doing business through Memorandum Circular No. 7, s. 2025.

What to expect:
✔️ Simplified, consistent, and necessary requirements
✔️ No piecemeal comments or document requests
✔️ Applications deemed approved if SEC fails to act within the processing timeline (and no written notice of delay is issued)
✔️ Issuance of PAF and release of permits or certifications within 2 working days upon payment

👉 New daily minimum wages:
