Kapag ang nagpapanggap na lending o financing company ay nanghingi ng bayad kapalit ng loan amount, ito ay scam. Ang mga lehitimong lending o financing companies ay hindi manghihingi ng paunang bayad or advance fee sa pag-proseso ng loans.

🔴 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗢𝗡𝗚 communication platform
Karamihan sa mga nagpapanggap na lehitimong lending or financing companies ay matatagpuan sa social media platforms. Ang halimbawa ng kanilang modus operandi ay gagawa ng mga GROUP CHAT sa iba’t ibang messaging platforms na may 10 miyembro na kasama ang biktima kung saan ang karamihan sa mga miyembro ay maghihikayat sa biktima na mag-loan at legitimate ang lending company.

Ugaliing huwag basta-basta mag-click ng mga links na sinesend lalo na kung galing sa hindi kilalang mga tao. Maaring makuha ang mga information at data ng mga biktimi sa pag-click ng mga links.

Pumunta sa www.checkwithsec.sec.gov.ph o idownload ang SEC Check App upang ma-verify kung ang mga kompanya ay registered bilang LENDING O FINANCING sa ilalim ng SEC.

Kung nakalista ang kompanya sa app ngunit humihingi pa rin ng advance fee, nakikipagtransaksyon ka sa isang pekeng ahente. Do not engage.
