Pursuant to Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended by Republic Act No. 6727 or the Wage Rationalization Act, all private establishments are required to submit an annual report on the verified itemized listing of their labor component, specifying the names of their rank-and-file employees, including learners, apprentices and workers with disabilities who were hired under the terms prescribed in the employment contracts, and their corresponding salaries and wages.
For this purpose, all private establishments can register and log-in to the Department of Labor and Employment's Online Compliance Portal through this link https://reports.dole.gov.ph from 17 March 2025 to 30 June 2025 for the submission of their 2024 AERW.
The 2024 AERW contents shall be as of 31 December 2024.
