pero through housing loan at foreclosed properties, dito mo mararamdaman na may napapala ka talaga sa contribution mo.

instead na puro kaltas lang, pwede pala itong maging daan para magka sariling bahay ka.

May nabasa akong comment — ₱7,000 ang upa nila, more than 10+ years na silang nakatira…
pero hindi pa sa kanila yung bahay.

After 15 years, tingin mo ₱400K pa rin value ng bahay?
Syempre hindi na.

Possible nasa ₱1M+ na yan — or higit pa.

Kasi habang tumatagal,
tumataas ang value ng bahay at lupa…
lalo na kung gumaganda yung area.

I’m a government worker.
I’m not the sole breadwinner—but I support our family financially.
