We are looking for a high-performing Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to work directly with our Managing Partner in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both technical accounting and corporate regulatory work.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Managing Partner in strategic and day-to-day operations
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and compliance requirements
• Oversee accounting deliverables, audit coordination, and client engagements
• Handle corporate registrations and amendments with the SEC
• Prepare and process Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, GIS, and other SEC documents
• Manage timelines, filings, and coordination with government agencies (SEC, BIR, LGU, etc.)
• Coordinate with clients, legal partners, and internal teams

✅ Qualifications:
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Fresh CPA board passers are welcome to apply
• Background in audit, accounting, or consultancy is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Able to work independently
