WE ARE HIRING: SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Management Accounting
• CPA license not required
• At least two years of bookkeeping experience in an accounting firm or private company
• Knowledgeable in general accounting, bookkeeping, and BIR and SEC compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• With good communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and review accurate books of accounts
• Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports
• Ensure timely recording of financial transactions
• Prepare and process BIR and SEC compliance requirements
• Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely submissions
• May assist in payroll processing
• Coordinate with clients and guide staff

Work Arrangement:
• Flexible working hours
• Monday to Friday only
