Job Description
1. Perform sourcing and research of product availability, vendors, pricing, and specifications through internet and other suppliers.
2. Maintaining and compiling of Purchasing Reports.
3. Maintain accounts receivable file and prepares outside billing and cash receipts voucher for local purchases in the absence of the Senior Purchaser.
4. Coordinate with Accounts Payable regarding supplier and vendor
invoices in the absence of the Senior Purchaser.
5. Perform other duties as directed by the Purchasing Supervisor and/or Senior Purchaser.

Job Summary

Job Description
1. Responsible for filing, sorting and releasing Engineering Controlled files, documents and forms.
1.1. Receive Production Job Order (PJO) and/or Request for Drawing or Design.
1.2. Encode the PJO contents in the Project Monitoring and update PO/CPO Master List.
1.3. Inform Engineering Designers about their assigned projects.
1.4. Consolidate previous and latest drawing revision prior forwarding to the concern Engineering Designer for revision of drawing.
1.5. Issuance of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) to the Designer.
1.6. Forward request for drawing or design to Engineering Supervisor for documentation generation.
2. Ensures that all Customer Properties are identified, verified, protected and safeguarded.
3. Performs other duties as assigned by the Engineering Director and/or Engineering Supervisor and/or Engineering Leadman/Leadwoman.
