QUALIFICATIONS:

- ESL teaching and Call Center work experience is a plus.
- Proficient in the English Language, Computer operations and AI Tools.
- Flexible in handling different ages and personalities of foreign nationals.
- Willing to work in graveyard shifts and weekends.
- Willing to learn.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach English to Asian students through an online setting.
- Attend skills coaching and training.

JOB TITLE: Back Office Assistant Manager (with at least 5 years experience)
SALARY RANGE: PHP 40,000 - PHP 45,000
(Salary offer is negotiable, depending on qualifications and competency)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To report directly to the Back Office Manager.
Facilitate Human Resource, ADM (Procurement, Warehousing, Maintenance and Facilities), IT, and Accounting related initiatives and concerns.
Support in developing and implementing programs and policies to meet business/corporate goals.
Handle employment-related inquiries from all stakeholders.
Support line manager with grievance, disciplinary, and capability investigations and hearings.
Oversee employee onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, contract signing, orientation, and training coordination.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Must possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge on labor laws and HR practices.
Familiarity with PEZA reporting and compliance.
Knowledgeable in Purchasing, Warehousing, Maintenance and Facilities.
With BOSH certification is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and AI tools.
At least 5 years of experience in Supervisory and Leadership Roles (preferred).
