WHAT IS BIR FORM 1604-C?
BIR Form 1604-C is the Annual Information Return of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation.

This is required for all employers who withheld tax from their employees’ salaries during the year.

DEADLINE: On or before January 31 of the following year

PURPOSE OF BIR 1604-C:
To report total compensation paid to employees
To declare taxes withheld on salaries
To reconcile monthly withholding tax remittances

Required attachment for issuing BIR Form 2316 to employees
