Now Hiring: Finance Staff with Bookkeeping Experience!

Responsibilities:
-Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions
-Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial
documents
-Maintain organized and complete financial documentation
-Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
-Assist with budget monitoring and financial forecasting
-Prepare and file government-mandated reports (e.g., BIR filings,
SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
-Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or similar)

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Has 6mos. to 1 year experience handling Finance.
-Preferably has knowledge and experienced with accounting
systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, & Odoo
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
