On October 15, 2018 during Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at NPD Headquarters, PCSUPT GREGORIO N LIM, District Director together with the Command Group, PSSUPT ARIEL C ARCINAS, Deputy District Director for Administration, PSSUPT RONNIE S MONTEJO, Deputy District Director for Operation and PSSUPT BENJAMIN H SILO JR, Chief District Directorial Staff, awarded a "CERTIFICATE OF COMMENDATION" to the personnel of Caloocan City Police Station for serving Warrant of Arrest on September 14, 2018 along Tawilis ST., Dagat-dagatan, Barangay 28, Caloocan City that resulted in the arrest of a wanted person.

On October 5, 2018 at about 8:00 AM, this District headed by PCSUPT GREGORIO N LIM, District Director through the District Community Affairs Development Division (DCADD) under the supervision of PSUPT SANTOS B SUMINGWA JR, Chief, DCADD, displayed/hanged streamer in front of NPD Headquarters in support to the 29th National Statistics Month celebration this October with the theme “Exploring Philippine Wonders in Numbers: Statistics Towards Sustainable Tourism Development” with Filipino translations, “Pagtuklas sa Ganda ng Pilipinas sa Pamamagitan ng mga Numero: Estadistika para sa Likas-Kayang Pagunlad ng Turismo”.

On October 5, 2018 at about 9:00 AM, Rev. Fr. Silverio Mutia, Parish Priest of San Roque Cathedral, Caloocan City officiated the Monthly Eucharistic Celebration held at NPD Chapel, Tanigue Street, corner Dagat-Dagatan, Avenue, Caloocan City.
The said activity was attended by Uniformed and Non-uniformed personnel of this District headed by PCSUPT GREGORIO N LIM, District Director together with PSSUPT ARIEL C ARCINAS, Deputy District Director for Administration, PSSUPT BENJAMIN H SILO JR, Chief District Directorial Staff, PSUPT DARIO M MENOR, Force Commander, DMFB, other Officers and fifty (50) personnel from DMFB and CAMANAVA City Police Stations.
This spiritual activity was hosted by the Malabon City Police Station under the supervision of PSSUPT HARRY G ESPELA, Chief of Police. It ended at about 10:00 AM of the same date.
