Ayaw na namin ma-stress ng sobra. Kaya gagawa kami ng club.
Ang totoong threat sa 2026 isn’t economic volatility ITSELF, but yung pumasok sa volatility without preparation. Political shifts, climate risks, public health shocks, and customer budget freezes, biglaan yan yet they remain highly probable scenario drivers.
What we organizations control ay yung ability natin to absorb shocks through INTENTIONAL financial design. Mas importante yung strategic reserve funds nitong 2026 than in the last five years combined because they turn uncertainty into manageable turbulence. Diba?
Financial resilience is THE operating model that keeps organizations stable, adaptive, and future-ready.
Sali na kayo sa club.
Para mga ten strands lang ng buhok yung puputi this coming year. May ceiling count na siya!

Two Types of Corporations: Closed or For-Profit Stock
Take your pick.

People go for partnerships when they want a small, flexible, low-cost business structure with trusted co-founders, where profits are shared but without the heavy compliance of corporations, the restrictions of NGOs, or the collective governance of coops. If you’re deciding between partnership types, ask yourself: Do you want all partners equally liable and managing (GP); do you want passive investors with limited liability (LP); or are you licensed professionals practicing together (GPP)?

When registering as a solo business owner, if you are starting small (freelancing, retail shop, consultancy, etc), you may prefer the fastest and cheapest setup, with minimal paperwork and compliance; plus you don’t mind using your personal name for credibility and you’re okay with being personally liable for debts, then you may choose to put up a Sole Proprietorship.
But if you want your business separate from personal assets (as in you cannot legally spend business funds for personal use), you plan to attract investors, look more credible, and the business lives beyond your lifetime; then, you must be willing to handle more quarterly and annual filings, and spend more for registration and compliance. If this is the case, you can choose to put up a One Person Corporation (OPC).
Whichever you decide, we can help you register your business and even assist with all compliances after business registry.

Workday Sundays? Compliance? High-performing finance management? Yan lang ba? SISIW.
For September closing and Year-end Staging, this is our task list:
Napakadaling mag-attachments during submissions.
Compliance? High-performing finance management? Yan lang ba? SISIW.
