SHARING WITH YOU WHAT I LEARNED FROM MY ONE-ON-ONE INTERVIEW WITH SOME BILLIONAIRES:
Kapag kumikita na ang negosyo mo, use the 20-20-60 approach. Meaning, 60% ng net income mo, you reinvest into new businesses or business lines. Wag papambili agad ng bahay, kotse, or travel. Make more money with it so you can harvest the power of compounding.
Yung 20%, pwede mo pag-hati-hatiin between the owners and investors. Yung remaining 20%, as incentives for your employees and trusted managers. You may not be the highest paying in terms of salary, but your employees will be more energized to make money when they know that as the business earns more, they also earn more. Di ba bongga???
Saglit na review lang: yung net income, ito yung kinikita mo from sales of products and services, awas na ang expenses ha.
In short, wag ibubulsa lahat ng kita 🙂. And never co-mingle your business finances with your expenses. Salamat COLfinancial Edward Lee for this!

🤔
Technology only moves forward. Either you adapt and be part of it or be left behind. It happened decades ago when machines disrupted manual labor. It happened just a few years ago when Amazon disrupted retail stores and bookstores, all while Google made life easier will all of its software.
People said Facebook was just for kids and was a waste of time. Now it's the back bone of millions of small businesses around the world.
Add that to all us using smart phones that Steve Job's Apple created which allows us to do almost everything.
In 2021, disruption is happening again. It's happening right now in front of our very eyes. Distruption in how we store value, how we transfer and move value around, how we borrow money, how we collect art and other valuable items, how we play video games and even earn, how we get to track data in a way that's immutable and transparent. This is just the start. We are so early.
It's happening whether we like or not. Technology does not care if you are bullish or bearish. Markets move up and down. Crashes happen. Regardless, technology will just move forward with or without you.
Either you adapt and be part of it or be left behind.

GDP RESULTS ARE OUT
Philippine GDP hits 11.8% for Q2 2021. Just to add context to this figure, this is coming from a low base in 2020. But this is better than what everyone expected.
