SEC: Extended Deadline for 2025 AFS Filing

The Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines has extended the deadline for filing 2025 Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for corporations with fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

📝 New deadline: June 15, 2026 (from May 29, 2026)

This follows the extension of the 2025 AITR filing by the Bureau of Internal Revenue until May 15, 2026.

Corporations are reminded to ensure that their AFS are duly received by the BIR before submission to the SEC.
