What got you here won’t get you there.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as a Branch Manager is this:

The skills that helped me become a top producer are not the same skills needed to develop the next generation of leaders.

Today, my biggest responsibility is no longer closing more sales. It’s building more leaders.

That’s why I’m investing my time in coaching, mentoring, correcting, challenging, and believing in people—even before they fully believe in themselves.

Because One Jade won’t grow because of me alone.

It will grow because the Next Gen Leaders we’re developing today will one day lead teams, build organizations, and change thousands of lives.

Leadership isn’t about being the star.

It’s about creating more stars.

And that’s the mission I’m committed to every single day.

What got me here won’t get me there.
To reach the next level, I have to develop leaders who will eventually go even further than I did.
