Today, we take a moment to pause from the deadlines, long hours, and fast-paced days of busy season to simply say thank you to our incredible ERA employees and interns.

Your hard work, dedication, patience, and commitment throughout the season did not go unnoticed. Every late night, every challenge overcome, and every extra effort you gave contributed greatly to our success. Busy season is never easy, but because of your teamwork, resilience, and positive attitude, we were able to accomplish so much together.

This lunch is a small token of our appreciation for all that you have done. We hope you enjoy this time to relax, share laughs, and celebrate the achievements we reached as one team.

To our employees, we extend our deepest appreciation for your loyalty, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. Your commitment to excellence, willingness to go the extra mile, and ability to remain strong under pressure inspire us every day. To our interns, thank you for your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and valuable contributions. You have all played an important role in making this season a successful one.
