Today's loss has taught me that, going home to your family safe is a very fortunate blessing. Life's uncertainties can devastate us, and our families that we leave behind. Life is too short to regret on the things we take for granted.

So kiss your Mom and Dad even if you are 40. Whisper "I love you" to your kids when they go to bed..and even if they are already asleep, do it anyway. Hug your wife (or husband) so tight, it feels like you just got married. Show your love in any way, big or small, that you can. They (or You) could be gone too soon and you have so many things left unsaid.

It's very painful to leave our loved ones without a legacy to help them move on. So remember to leave a little love for them. Whatever it is, you show it and treasure it with them no matter how small it is. And always, always pray for your family.

There is no such thing as RISK-FREE

After several years in the industry, I have come to define Insurance as Proper RISK MANAGEMENT of one’s Finances. Large Corporations and Industries practice this to avoid loss and value on their assets. By paying a small premium, they are guaranteed a return of value if their assets depreciate, break-down, got damaged, or other incidental circumstances that would cost them money in the future. We also do it with our Cars, our houses and other properties. In a similar way, in our own Personal Finances, this can be applied by adding a safety net to ourselves so that it doesn’t lose value should we be permanently/ temporarily taken out of commission.
