This is a clear reminder to all service providers that before submitting any claims to government agencies, the first thing you must do is ensure your COC is complete and up to date. If not, your rightful money may be taken by the system.
π΅π¬ IRC Receives Over K3.3 Million in GST Withholding Payment from Nipa-Kutubu DDA

Today, the Internal Revenue Commission (IRC) proudly received a GST Withholding Section 65A payment of K3,330,011.57 from the Nipa-Kutubu District Development Authority (NK DDA).
Representing the IRC Commissioner General at the formal cheque presentation was Mr. George Nathan, Provincial Manager β Southern Highlands, who acknowledged the payment as a strong demonstration of leadership, accountability, and commitment to tax compliance.
βThis timely payment reflects the Districtβs responsible financial management and its dedication to supporting national revenue mobilization,β said Mr. Nathan.

Mr. Nathan emphasized the importance of GST Withholding (Section 65A), reminding all Withholders to:
β’ Deduct the mandatory 10% GST
β’Lodge and remit payments by the 21st of every month
He further commended the NK DDA for their transparency and swift response to IRCβs reminders, noting that such actions contribute meaningfully to rebuilding and restoring the Southern Highlands Province.
Special appreciation was also extended to Defense Minister and Member for Nipa-Kutubu Electorate, Dr. Billy Joseph, for his continued stewardship and support.
