Accountant छ, तर चित्त बुझ्दो काम गर्दैन?
Accountant ले मात्र राम्रो काम नगरेको भनेर सधैं दोष दिन मिल्दैन। कहिलेकाहीँ clear instruction, proper guidance र regular feedback नपाउँदा पनि काममा mistake हुन सक्छ।
Business Owner ले “मैले salary दिएको छु, अब उसले सबै आफैं बुझ्नुपर्छ” भन्नु भन्दा आफ्नो expectation clear गर्न, कामको responsibility बुझाउन र समय–समयमा feedback दिने system बनाउनुपर्छ।
राम्रो Accountant राख्नु मात्र Enough हुँदैन, उसलाई राम्रोसँग काम गर्न सक्ने system पनि बनाउनुपर्छ।

Business Grow गर्न Marketing मात्र होइन, Accounting लाई पनि उत्तिकै Focus गर्नुपर्छ। Product बजारमा कसरी पुगिरहेको छ, पैसा कहाँबाट आइरहेको छ, कहाँ खर्च भइरहेको छ र Business लाई कुन Direction मा लैजाने भन्ने कुरा Clear हुन Accounting ले ठूलो भूमिका खेल्छ।

Accountant/Auditor छ भने पनि Owner ले Accounting बुझ्नै पर्छ।

Accountant र Auditor माथि मात्र Depend भएर आफ्नो Business चलाउँदा सानो–सानो कुरामा पनि अरूकै भर पर्नुपर्छ। आफ्नो Business को Financial Side के भइरहेको छ भनेर बुझ्न र सही तरिकाले Monitor गर्न Owner सँग पनि Accounting को Basic Knowledge हुन जरुरी छ।

Business Owner भएपछि आफ्नै Business को Process र Financial System कसरी चलिरहेको छ भन्ने कुरा थाहा हुनु आवश्यक छ। Practical काम गरिरहेकै भए पनि कुन काम कुन System र Process अनुसार गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने कुरा स्पष्ट नहुँदा धेरै कुरा Confusion मै भइरहेको हुन्छ।
Sales, Expense, Employee Management वा अरू Business का कामसँगै Accounting को Basic Knowledge भयो भने आफ्नो Business को Financial Side पनि आफैँले बुझ्न र Monitor गर्न सकिन्छ।
