कहिलेसम्म सरकार र TAX को लागि मात्र हिसाब राख्ने?
धेरै जसो Business Owner हरू वर्षको एकपटक 'Auditor' लाई file बुझाउन मात्र Accounting गर्नुहुन्छ।
तर याद राख्नुहोस्, त्यो हिसाब सरकारको लागि हो, तपाईँको आफ्नो प्रगतिको लागि होइन।
यदि तपाईँ आफ्नो बिजनेसलाई साँच्चै 'Grow' गर्न चाहनुहुन्छ भने:
- Daily Accounting दुरुस्त हुनुपर्छ। तब मात्र थाहा हुन्छ, पैसा कहाँ आउँदैछ र कहाँ जाँदैछ।
- Financial Peace: TAX समयमै तिर्दा र हिसाब clear हुँदा जुन मानसिक शान्ति मिल्छ, त्यसले तपाईँलाई बिजनेसमा नयाँ 'Idea' सोच्ने फुर्सद दिन्छ।
- Family & Retirement: आफ्नो लागि एउटा बलियो Retirement Fund बनाउन र परिवारसँग ढुक्क भएर quality Time बिताउन 'System' चाहिन्छ, भद्रगोल हिसाब होइन।
आफ्नो पसिनाको कमाइलाई सुरक्षित राख्नुहोस्।
अब Accounting 'डर' ले होइन, आफ्नो र आफ्नो परिवारको 'सुनौलो भविष्य' को लागि गर्नुहोस्।

Grateful to be part of something meaningful. 🙏
Recently, I had the opportunity to be a part of an Accounting & Tax Awareness Program for SMEs, initiated by Prabhu Bank.
This program was about helping business owners understand the importance of proper accounting systems, tax compliance, and how these directly impact their growth and access to finance.
In Nepal, many small and medium business owners are hardworking and experienced, but often lack clear financial visibility.
I genuinely appreciate Prabhu Bank for taking this initiative, not just as a financial institution, but as a partner in helping SMEs grow stronger and more structured.
Educating business owners on accounting and loan processes is a powerful way to support long-term sustainability and growth.
I’m really proud to have contributed as an Accounting Trainer in this program and to play a small role in guiding entrepreneurs toward better financial practices.
Looking forward to more such impactful collaborations.

System भनेको के हो?
आफूले सामान किन्दा अनिवार्य रूपमा भ्याट बिल वा प्यान बिल लिनुस्। कच्चा बिल वा हस्तलिखित कागजको भरमा गरिएको खर्चलाई कर कार्यालयले खर्चको रूपमा स्वीकार गर्दैन, जसले गर्दा तपाईँको नाफा धेरै देखिएर TAX भार बढ्छ।
बजारमा कति पैसा उधारो फसेको छ, के तपाईँलाई यकिन थाहा छ? अनि के त्यो पैसा उठ्ने ग्यारेन्टी छ? याद राख्नुस्, उधारोको सही हिसाब नहुँदा धेरै व्यवसायहरू भित्रभित्रै खोक्रो भइरहेका हुन्छन्।
Accounting भनेको कर तिर्नका लागि मात्र होइन, यो त तपाईँको व्यापारको Cash Flow Management हो। यदि हिसाब छैन भने कहिले 'Cash Out' भएर व्यापार डुब्छ त्यो थाहै हुन्न।

Software त केबल एउटा Tool मात्र हो।
एउटा बलियो एकाउन्टिङ सिस्टम हुनको लागि यी ३ कुराको तालमेल मिल्नुपर्छ:
१. Process : Bill काट्ने देखि पैसा जम्मा गर्ने सम्मको एउटा निश्चित नियम।
२. जनशक्ति : त्यो सफ्टवेयरलाई सही तरिकाले चलाउन जान्ने र डाटा बुझ्ने दक्ष मान्छे।
३. Review : सफ्टवेयरले निकालेको रिपोर्टलाई महिनाको अन्त्यमा Review गरेर बिजनेसको निर्णय लिन सक्ने क्षमता।
सफ्टवेयरमा डाटा इन्ट्री त जसले पनि गर्ला, तर त्यो डाटाले के भनिरहेको छ भन्ने बुझ्नु नै वास्तविक एकाउन्टिङ हो।
के तपाईँ आफ्नो बिजनेसमा सफ्टवेयर मात्र होइन, एउटा बलियो 'System' बसाल्न चाहनुहुन्छ?
