Oorza Consulting is organizing a Three Days workshop on "Train the Trainers" on 29th, 30th and 31st of Bhadra, 2079.

The learning outcomes of the workshop are:

1) Instructional System Design
Learn how to develop a training course. The key concepts related to need assessment, training course design, designing delivery methodology, defining learning outcomes, adult learning process and and training evaluation.

2) Facilitation Skills
Be prepared as a professional trainer to transfer /facilitate skillfully the information to their trainees while Arousing their Willingness to Learn and Implement.
Participants will practice delivery through several rounds of short presentations and training sessions. Participants will learn how to use advanced training aides and tools including case studies, role-plays, surveys, self-assessments, and Audio/Visual tools and finally achieving the visible learning outcomes.
