We are on a mission to simplify financial management, automate tax compliance, and replace outdated manual bookkeeping with smart, real-time technology.

The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and driven Junior Sales Officer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for EvieBooks, helping local businesses discover how our software can streamline their accounting and operations. If you have a passion for sales, a solid grasp of accounting principles, and love talking to people, this is the perfect stepping stone for your career!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients (SMEs, retail stores, service businesses) through cold calling, emails, and field visits.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct initial meetings to understand the unique accounting and operational needs of prospective clients.
- Product Demos & Walkthroughs: Conduct engaging, hands-on demonstrations and step-by-step walkthroughs of the EvieBooks application. You will use your accounting knowledge to explain how the software handles their daily financial tasks, VAT compliance, and reporting.
- Consultative Selling & Package Recommendation: Analyze the client's business nature, size, and requirements to suggest the most suitable EvieBooks subscription packages and features.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update daily sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Market Feedback: Gather feedback from the market and share insights with the product and marketing teams to help improve our software.

What We Are Looking For:
- Accounting Knowledge (Crucial): A strong understanding of core accounting principles (invoicing, ledgers, VAT, TDS, and financial statements). You must be able to speak the language of accountants and business owners during software walkthroughs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (BBA, BBS), Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. (B2B or software sales experience is a huge plus, but not mandatory).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and confident in navigating and explaining software interfaces to non-technical users.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.
