Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
• Maintain front desk security and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, deliveries, mail)
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
• Maintain office records and manage basic administrative duties
• Assist other departments with clerical tasks as needed
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field
• Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Time management and problem-solving skills
