Company Mid Year Congress 2025. We are attending virtual meeting together in office since the beginning of the year and the outcomes are positive. Our team mates able to clarify doubts about roll down on the spot, key focus of the month, discussions about sales & recruitment strategies moving forward and most importantly another opportunity to get2gather as a team.

I feel fulfilling working as an insurance agent. It’s not about the money, it’s not about the recognition, it’s the PURPOSE & responsibility we carry. I pass this down to the team as a District Manager.

AIA just launched another Guaranteed Issue Offer (GIO) campaign. For those who doesn’t know, GIO campaign is a campaign where AIA will accept any clients who are selected under the campaign to increase their coverage even with health issues and not eligible to increase their coverage under normal health understanding.

Usually I will call all eligible clients under every campaign without considering whether they will take up the offer or not. For this round of campaign, since it’s GIO without health declarations, I prioritise those with medical conditions.

I am so emotional to saw one of my supporting client’s autistic child inside the listing and I gave her a call right away. We have some hiccups along the process and I am so proud of myself to be able to convince her to take up the additional coverage as the child cannot get any additional coverage if it’s not under the GIO campaign. The premium is just RM43.83/month. It’s not about the case size, it’s about the responsibility and the sense of purpose.

I am proud of myself and my team mates who go all out in reaching out to clients to update about the campaign. If you all are reading this and would like to know more about the campaign, me and my team could assist to check the eligibility with only name, I/C number and contact.

We love the new team synergy. I have a team of senior agents who has been with me when it’s up or down even though sometimes we don’t agree with each other.

Our weekly Tuesday morning meeting for all our full time agents. Full of positive vibes. We plan, we brainstorm, we strategise, we execute and we make great things happen together.

Our Thursday junior meeting is also full of positive vibes and motivation.
