Open Position: Automation Tester (Selenium)
Key responsibilities include:
• This role involves the testing of functionality, which is delivered through a combination of applications and services
• The successful candidate will own the test pack and associated documents, and be expected to continually refine and improve it to make it as efficient as possible
• Contributing to all aspects of the QA process for new and existing functionality, through a mix of automated and manual testing
• Support the development team in identifying and documenting issues, as well as identifying test requirements
• Execute test cases and provide clear results and metrics to the Project Manager/Lead Architect. Raise bug reports where necessary
• Manage the Test and Staging environments and associated Test Data
• Minimum 2 years professional experience as a QA Engineer/Tester
• Good Experience with Automated Test Tools (Selenium) and API automation
• Hands-on experience in Automation Framework using C # or Nodejs
• Experience in scripting python, bash, etc.
• Technically proficient, familiar with the major development platforms and languages (C #, Java, etc.) and RESTful web services
• Experience with agile/scrum methodology with a good understanding of software development lifecycle

1. Participate in test planning and provide inputs
2. Validation of functional specification to test scenario/cases traceability
3. Ensure incorporation of non-functional requirements implicit or explicit
4. Carry out day to day testing activities per direction from the Test Manager / Test Leads
5. Participate in test planning, test script creation, test data preparation, and test ex*****on
6. Build and retain the knowledge of the testing group and releases over time
7. Ensure accurate and timely logging of defects in DMT with up-to-date information of defects, relevant logs, and screenshots required for investigation

Reports to: Showcase Supervisor

Job Summary:

Provide professional services to Distributors. Responsibilities included DA processing and process other related documents in Atlas. Order and DA Processing for walk-in, fax-in, email, phone in and on-line orders. Handle on Distributors’ inquiries, basic product consultant and all administration works in the service area.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Welcome distributors and visitors with smile and polite greeting.

2. Handle on Distributors’ Inquiries.

3. DA Processing.

4. Order Processing. (All types of order)

5. Generate all reports needed on the daily basis.

6. Perform any other work-related tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.

2. Experience in Customer Service.

3. Computer literate.

4. Good command of English both written and oral.

5. Superior customer services and customer relations skills.
